At Clear Skin Map, we understand how important it is for you to receive your skincare products promptly. Our team works diligently to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed.
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
International Shipping:
We currently ship to select international locations. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order's progress through the carrier's website using this tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays

Address Changes:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Lost or Stolen Packages:
Clear Skin Map is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered the responsibility of the customer. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
